grinding and hesitation

I'm experiencing a couple of issues with my 2023 AWD T-350 and wondering if anyone else has too.

When pulling into my garage over a small lip, I get a grinding noise from the front end, almost like the transmission. The power screen shows even distribution, but it sounds rough. Also, sometimes when starting from a stop, the van hesitates to move before finally engaging. I've also noticed a significant amount of road noise at highway speeds. When I'm going over 70 mph, it's so loud that it's nearly impossible to hold a conversation with a passenger.

Anyone had similar issues or knows how to fix this?

Road noise at 70+ mph is a common complaint with many vans, but when it is nearly impossible to hold a conversation, it is extreme.
However, because it's a 2023 car, definitely get the dealer to look at all of these. They should be able to diagnose the grinding and hesitation. The road noise might be harder for them to fix if it's a design characteristic, but it's worth flagging.

The hesitation off the line might be driveline lash or a throttle calibration quirk, try a TSB update or reflashing the transmission control module or....not trying to instill fear or worry or anything but could also be early signs of a failing transfer case clutch if it's more than just a software hiccup

Seriously, for what these vans cost, stuff like grinding noises, hesitation, and unbearable cabin noise shouldn't be happening especially not on a 2023 model. It's starting to feel like Ford rushed AWD tuning just to check a box.
