Feedback on 24B39 AWD update?

I got a 2024 Transit XL AWD and I was recently reminded to do the 24B39 AWD module software update. I haven't taken it in yet, and with the August 31, 2025 deadline looming, I wanted to get a fresh pulse here. For those of you who've had this update done on your Transit AWD, what's been your experience? Any noticeable changes in how the AWD performs, positive or negative? Any weird quirks pop up afterwards? Just trying to decide if I should rush to get it done or if it's something I can still put off for a couple more weeks without worrying too much about issues. I'd appreciate any real-world feedback!

I had the 24B39 update done on my '24 Transit AWD about a month ago, honestly, no dramatic changes, but the AWD feels a bit smoother on uneven terrain now, before the update, there was a slight delay or clunk when traction shifted under load, and that seems to be gone, I guess that's it

It's frustrating that a brand-new 2024 van already needs a major AWD software update. Makes you wonder how dialed-in the system really was at launch. It feels like we're beta-testing for Ford...with our own money. Lol
