My dad's been working on a really cool project, he's converting his 2020 ford transit 350HD passenger van into a crew cargo van.

Yeah, it's true! he's gutted the back, put in insulation, and is building walls to cover the rear windows.
But right now, he's run into a snag. He needs a way to cover the airbags for the second row passengers while making sure they're still fully functional.

I want to help him. I know he can't be the first person to do this, I'm hoping to get some ideas from others here who have done similar conversions.
Any suggestions on how to safely cover these airbags?

Most van builders leave that area open or use removable panels or soft coverings that don't restrict deployment.
