Running out of gas, fuel transfer issues

Alright, so I'll admit it,I've run out of gas before, and this time it happened with my 2021 Ford Transit. I called AAA, thinking they'd have me back on the road in no time but nah they couldn't transfer gas into the capless fuel opening. Turns out, the transit requires a special funnel to get it to work right. If you bought your transit used, chances are you might be missing that funnel, and without it, AAA's fuel van couldn't help at all. Has anyone else run into this issue? Would love to hear if you've found a good solution or where I can get my hands on that special funnel without overpaying. trying to avoid another embarrassing "out of gas" moment

I got mine used as well, and luckily, I found the funnel hidden in the glove box. If you don't have it, you're in a bit of a bind. In a pinch, you can use a cut-up water bottle to keep the flap open, but honestly, it's worth it to just buy a proper funnel online for a few bucks. It's a small investment for peace of mind next time.

I got the E-Transit so I'm not sure how to help. I feel like the best way to save money is not go for OEM? OEM is quite overpriced. Best search for the part number on Amazon.
